Gagan comes with 19+ years of business experience of which 8 years have been with Standard Chartered Bank. Gagan has a diverse entrepreneurship experience spanning over the last 12 years with successful ventures in the areas of Financial Services, Executive Search & Education. A substantial portion of his banking experience has been in Collections & Risk Management across retail & SME banking products. During his stint in risk management at SCB, he led the collections strategy for all retail banking products in India. He is a certified risk coach and has the experience of having played active audit roles in reviewing collections processes for multiple international geographies. He has the distinction of "Authoring Standard Chartered Bank's first intellectual property in India" and is a recipient of the CEO's Award for "living the creative values".

Biswaranjan brings a diversified marketing, sales & CRM experience. He has worked with leading organisations and brands in FMCG, Luxury and Real Estate. He is an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad (Class of 2000). Having handled Leadership roles at Tata Realty, Lodha Group and Bunge India and Adani Wilmar he has over 20 years of work and business experience. At SDMC LLP, he oversees IT, Information security & Compliance along with technology initiatives. He is an avid sports pistol shooter & has represented Maharashtra at the nationals.
